This website is intended for qualified healthcare professionals. Its content —including operative video, protocols, presentations and course material — is provided for professional education only.

It is not medical advice, and it does not replace your own clinical judgement, your institution’s protocols, or the standards of your regulator. You remain solely responsible for the care of your patients and for the decisions you take in theatre.

Membership accounts are held on WavesPath. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.

Access to members’ content is personal to you. Sharing credentials, or redistributing members’ material to non-members, may result in membership being suspended or terminated.

The Surgical Video Library, clinical protocols, recordings and downloadable resources are made available to active members for their own professional use. You may not copy, republish, broadcast, sell or otherwise redistribute them without the Society’s written permission.

If you submit video, images, abstracts or other material to the Society, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• Appropriate patient consent has been obtained and the material has been de-identified.
• You grant CaSES a non-exclusive licence to host, display and use it for the Society’s educational purposes.

You keep ownership of what you submit. The Society may decline or remove material at its discretion.

Conference and course registration, fees, cancellation and refunds are handled through WavesPath and are subject to the terms shown at the point of registration. Programmes, speakers and timings are subject to change.

The CaSES name, crest, logo and the content of this website are the property of the Society or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a right to use them without permission.

This site embeds and links to WavesPath and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We aim to keep this website available and accurate but give no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Society is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, where the Society’s secretariat is established.
